Delivery area

We currently accept delivery orders for the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer delivery to France, Belgium or Luxembourg.

Dispatch origin and total delivery time

Products are dispatched from China, not from a UK warehouse. Estimated delivery is 5–30 calendar days from order confirmation, including preparation, processing and transport. This is the total estimate, not an additional transit period after preparation. Tracking details are provided when available.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free on orders over £50. The £69 Red Growth cap qualifies when the order total remains over £50 after discounts. Any charge or additional free-delivery offer for a lower-value order is displayed before payment at checkout. No unannounced delivery charge is added after purchase.

Taxes and import charges

We bear applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges associated with your order. You should not have to pay an additional import bill on receipt. If a carrier or customs authority requests payment, contact thestructure45@gmail.com so we can arrange payment or reimbursement. Do not send full payment-card details.

Address changes and tracking

Check your address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it is incorrect or tracking is unclear. We will explain what can be changed before or after dispatch. Our use of an overseas supplier or carrier does not remove our responsibility as the seller.

Delays, loss and non-delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of confirmation, contact us. We will investigate and provide the delivery or refund remedy required by your rights. Where an agreed delivery deadline is essential and we miss it, or we refuse to deliver, you may have a right to cancel immediately. Otherwise, you may set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel if it is not met. Goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

Our refund policy explains the 14-day statutory cancellation period, our waiver of physical returns for valid cancellation or established refund entitlements, and remedies for faulty or undelivered goods. There is no additional 60-day commercial returns offer.
