Scope and orders

These terms apply to consumer purchases from Red Growth for delivery in the United Kingdom. Our store information and customer support are provided in English. Review the product, quantity, price and delivery address before payment. Available payment methods and the total are shown at checkout. Keep your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods.

Essential product details are described on the product page. Follow the supplied usage and safety instructions. General information about red light technology is not a promise of a particular medical or hair-growth outcome from this product. Individual results vary. Lifestyle imagery does not by itself establish verified customer results or a clinical guarantee.

Prices, delivery and import charges

Prices for the UK offer are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes are included or borne by us. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50 after discounts; any cost for a lower-value order is disclosed before payment. We bear applicable customs and import charges. Products ship from China. The total estimated delivery time is 5–30 calendar days from order confirmation, including preparation and transit. See our shipping policy for delays and non-delivery.

Cancellation and refunds

You may notify us of cancellation without a reason within 14 days after delivery, subject to your applicable statutory rights. For valid cancellations or established refund entitlements, we do not require the goods to be physically returned and do not charge return or restocking fees. Cancellation refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without fees. Faulty goods and statutory rights

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer law, including rights regarding faulty goods, are preserved. They are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period. Warranty support does not represent a separate fixed-duration commercial warranty unless expressly stated with its terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
